Things to consider: how many photos are allowed--up to 400 for Shutterfly PhotoShow DVD means you really need to plan ahead (or use less---how long can your audience sit!!); aVinci Studio’s “Moments Captured” has themes that use 40-100 pictures, depending on which theme you choose. If the theme uses 40 photos---it must be exactly 40. However, if the theme says 100 then you can use any number from 20-100!

2. Planning ahead--put your photos in order on your computer, and rename them in order before uploading is a great idea!

Software ideas to make your own multimedia DVD’s: Mac users can use iDVD and iMovie to make their own sophisticated DVD’s; Windows XP users can use free software called Photo Story and Movie Maker to make multimedia projects; and both can purchase software called Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements by Adobe for some really cool multimedia projects!
